1. Acceptance of Terms

By using FullahWorld's shipping and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

FullahWorld provides international shipping and logistics services including:

• Sea freight shipping from China to Africa
• Air freight shipping from China to Africa
• Vehicle shipping
• Container shipping (FCL and LCL)
• Procurement services
• Customs clearance assistance
• Door-to-door delivery

3. Shipping Terms

3.1 Rates and Quotes: All rates provided are estimates and subject to change based on actual weight, dimensions, and current market conditions. Final charges will be calculated upon receipt of goods at our warehouse.

3.2 Transit Times: Transit times provided are estimates only. FullahWorld is not liable for delays caused by weather, customs, port congestion, or other factors beyond our control.

3.3 Minimum Weight: Sea freight shipments have a minimum weight requirement of 50kg. Shipments below this weight may be subject to minimum charges.

4. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited from shipping:

• Weapons, ammunition, and explosives
• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Hazardous materials and chemicals
• Perishable food items
• Counterfeit goods
• Live animals
• Items prohibited by destination country laws

Shipping prohibited items may result in seizure of goods, fines, and legal action.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, Western Union, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN), WeChat Pay, Alipay, and cash at our offices.

5.2 Payment Schedule: Payment is required in full before shipping for new customers. Regular customers may qualify for credit terms.

5.3 Container Shipments: A 50% deposit is required for container shipments, with the balance due before departure from China.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Basic Coverage: Basic insurance coverage is included in our shipping rates, covering loss or damage up to a specified limit.

6.2 Additional Insurance: Customers shipping high-value items are strongly encouraged to purchase additional insurance coverage.

6.3 Claim Process: Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of damage or loss.

6.4 Limitation of Liability: FullahWorld's liability is limited to the declared value of goods or the insurance coverage amount, whichever is lower.

7. Customs and Duties

7.1 Customs Clearance: FullahWorld will assist with customs clearance at the destination country. However, customers are responsible for ensuring goods comply with import regulations.

7.2 Import Duties: Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled before goods leave our warehouse, subject to a handling fee.

8.2 After Shipping: Once goods have left our warehouse, cancellation is not possible and no refunds will be issued.

9. Warehouse Storage

Free storage is provided for up to 30 days at our Guangzhou warehouse. Storage beyond 30 days will incur additional charges. Goods unclaimed after 90 days may be disposed of.

10. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data only for the purpose of providing our services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the laws and courts of China.

12. Changes to Terms

FullahWorld reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
