Pricing FAQ
What is included in the shipping rate?
Our rates include collection from our warehouse in Guangzhou, sea/air freight, customs clearance at destination, and delivery to your door in major cities. Insurance is optional for sea freight but included in air freight.
Is there a minimum weight requirement?
Yes, the minimum weight for sea freight is 50kg. For smaller shipments, we recommend air freight which has no minimum weight requirement (though charges apply from the first kg).
Are there any additional fees I should know about?
Our pricing is transparent. Additional fees may apply for: remote area delivery (outside major cities), oversized items, dangerous goods, or extended warehouse storage beyond 30 days. We'll always inform you of any extra charges before shipping.
How do I pay for shipping?
We accept bank transfers, Western Union, mobile money (Orange Money, MTN), and cash payments at our offices. Payment is required before shipping for new customers. Regular customers may qualify for credit terms.
Can I get a discount for large shipments?
Yes! We offer volume discounts: 5% off for 200kg+, 10% off for 500kg+, and 15% off for 1000kg+. Business accounts get even better rates. Contact us for custom pricing.
