Transit times depend on the shipping method:

• Sea Freight: 35-45 days
• Air Freight: 5-10 days
• Car Shipping: 45-60 days

Times may vary slightly based on destination and customs clearance.

You can ship most goods including electronics, clothing, furniture, machinery, vehicles, household items, and business inventory. Prohibited items include:

• Weapons and ammunition
• Drugs and narcotics
• Hazardous materials
• Perishable food
• Counterfeit goods

For sea freight, the minimum weight is 50kg. There's no minimum for air freight, though rates are calculated per kilogram. For smaller shipments under 50kg, we recommend air freight or waiting to consolidate with other orders.

You have several options:

• Drop off at our Guangzhou warehouse
• Have your supplier deliver to our warehouse
• We can collect from your supplier (for a fee)

We offer free warehouse storage for up to 30 days while you consolidate orders.

• Container (20ft): From $3,500

Enter your tracking number (e.g., FW-12345678) on our homepage tracking box. You'll see real-time updates on your shipment's location and status. You can also contact us via WhatsApp for updates.

Tracking is updated at every major checkpoint: when cargo leaves China, arrives at destination port, clears customs, and is out for delivery. Sea shipments may have fewer updates while at sea.

Yes! Customs clearance is included in our service. We prepare all documentation and work with customs agents at the destination to clear your cargo. You don't need to do anything except receive your delivery.

Import duties depend on the destination country and type of goods. We can advise on estimated duties when you request a quote. Duties are typically paid separately and are not included in our shipping rates.

We accept multiple payment methods:

• Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN)
• Cash at our offices
• WeChat Pay / Alipay (in China)

Payment is required before shipping for new customers. Regular customers may qualify for credit terms (pay on delivery). A 50% deposit is required for container shipments, with the balance due before departure.
